Lorenzo obtained an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Bologna and then completed a Masters in Town and Regional Planning at the IUAV University in Venice, gaining Distinctions in both.
Lorenzo has worked in the public sector before moving to private planning consultancy. He has refined his problem-solving skills in complex applications for town centre regeneration, major infrastructure, and constrained rural sites, including Green Belt developments.
He provides laser-focussed strategic and expert planning advice on a wide range of projects including development sites in urban and rural areas, urban extensions and high-density town centre development schemes.
Lorenzo has worked alongside several property developers, architecture firms and project management companies to deliver sustainable and commercially-driven results.
