Antonio graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2013 with a Masters in Urban Planning, having studied the four-year Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) professionally accredited ‘MPlan’ programme.
As a Chartered Town Planner, Antonio has been involved in numerous residential and commercial developments of varying scales, planning appeals, land promotion exercises and community consultation.
A key area of expertise is in the residential sector, having led project teams on a number of schemes in the Home Counties and the north of England, including the conversion of former mill premises into residential, office-to-residential conversions as well as greenfield development proposals of varying scales.
Antonio also has expertise is road infrastructure, having had the role of ‘in house’ planner for the UK’s largest roadside services provider, obtaining planning consents for new petrol stations and drive-thru restaurants the length and breadth of the UK.
