Federica has an architectural background and has worked on projects that present significant design challenges, such as historic buildings and complex residential schemes. She has an incredible eye for detail, ensuring high quality results, and
engages proactively with top-tier architecture and heritage teams.
Federica has worked for private developers and public-private partnerships on large scale residential, mixed-use and community schemes in England and Wales and has also acted as a planning officer for local authorities in London and the Home Counties.
Through a combination of commercial awareness and first-hand experience of the political drivers of the public sector, Federica delivers focussed-result planning advice that aligns with the client’s aspirations and resonates with local stakeholders.
