About This Project
Following the submission of an application for the reactivation of the lawful educational use of the building and the addition of external and internal escape routes, the local community reacted by objecting to the Council with the support of one of the most important planning lawyers of the UK.
Logic Planning advised the client and the architect on the best course of action to negotiate the proposal with the local community and the Council, and co-organised a public meeting where all the aspects of the project were discussed in detail.
Both the Council and the residents agreed to a solution that involved enhanced management and traffic control measures and the team supported the proposal with a detailed letter covering planning policy and precedents. The application was ultimately approved under delegated powers.
