About This Project
Logic Planning provided strategic planning advice to PACT for its educational portfolio in Croydon and detailed support for the creation of a new MUGA in the grounds of the grade II listed Oakwood School, an impressive 19th Century house set in a large protected park.
The team negotiated with the Council the location, size and screening of the new multi-use play area to preserve the significance of the setting of the listed building.
The project also involved the rejuvenation of the front access and parking area occupied by a low-quality tarmac surface and the creation of new landscaping across the site.
