About This Project
Regenerating a prominent corner site, the project will deliver a small hotel aimed at professionals and visitors linked to the year-round sporting and entertainment offering of the Tottenham Hotspur stadium nearby
The project team improved a scheme previously presented to the Council by increasing the number of rooms and refining the external design of the new building, which will complete the urban pattern of the area and link it with the residential grain to the north.
Once completed, the new small hotel will enrich a neglected part of the high street and trigger visual improvements in a key section of the north – south regeneration corridor identified by Haringey in their long-term planning policy strategy.
