Working in tandem with top-tier heritage consultants, Logic Planning advised the client on the conversion of an historical HMO into self-contained micro-flats within a grade II listed building in the heart of Notting Hill.
The project involved the careful subdivision of a single co-living unit into separate planning units, which was challenging due to the historical use of the building as a single house and the current fire safety, cycle parking and space standards requirement.
Following successful pre-application discussions with the Council’s heritage and planning officer, Logic Planning coordinated the submission of the full planning and listed building consent applications and facilitated the subsequent marketing of the asset.
