The brief of the project was to add a new mansard roof extension in a grade II listed building and reshuffle the internal layout the create two new small apartments in one of the most glamorous parts of the West End.

The project architect requested advice on the heritage constraints and we sourced top-tier experts that worked extensively in the conservation area of Covent Garden.

Through a combination of design refinement and the interpretation of planning and heritage policies, our private client achieved a speedy approval which will enhance the character of the area and bring to the market high-quality flats in the heart of London.
