Currently occupied by a vacant department store, one listed building and unlisted historical structures dating back to the middle-ages, Biggleston Yard is a prime site with tight heritage, ecological and townscape constraints.
Logic Planning managed the full planning and listed building applications for the regeneration of a key development site in the city centre of Canterbury, unlocking it from a year-long standstill caused by the Nutrient Neutrality requirements published by Natural England after the submission of the application.
Through a close collaboration and constructive dialogue between the project team and the Council, we have gained full support from the local community and the decision makers and obtained planning permission for the regeneration of the most central and most promising urban brownfield site of the city.
