The development will replace a builders’ merchant yard with a mix of flats and townhouses in a highly accessible area of Acton.
Following previous attempts to obtain permission for higher and denser blocks, Logic Planning successfully negotiated with the Council a revised proposal that would address all the amenity issues raised by the surrounding occupiers, deliver high-quality residential units well above the minimum space standards and green roofs across the surface of the new structure.
Logic Planning also curated the refinement of technical parameters in cooperation with the project team, resolving matters relating to the protection of mature trees in the public realm, noise and vibration from the adjoining railway line and the basement design to respond to arboricultural constraints.
